The inaugural session of Jumpstart focused on ‘Creating Sustainable Business Model’ was organised by AIC- Prestige with the intention to guide and assist startup founders & entrepreneurs on creation of sustainable business models. Invited experts shared their knowledge & experiences with the startups present.
CA Anand Saklecha shared his views on why having a sustainable business model is of utmost importance for any business & how to create one. Adv Ankur Pastor, having expertise into the legal domain focussed on the significance of legal compliances in a sustainable business model.
Going forward, CA Harshita Agrawal informed the gathered founders on how to define, project and implement key financials in the business model, whilst CS Abhishek Soni shared his thoughts on why it is important to understand the market place & consumer needs while creating an effective business model.
The session was concluded with, Mr. Mayank Pratap (Founder EngineerBabu & Supersourcing) sharing his experiences & learnings about why having an effective business model in order to create a viable, growth oriented & sustainable.
